1. Is there an entrance fee?
Admission is free with online pre-registration (recommended).

2. How can I enter?
Since this exhibition is a business meeting, an admission fee of 2,000 yen will be charged for general visitors who do not intend to participate in business meetings, purchases, events, or seminars.
Registration is possible on the day of the event, but it is expected to be very crowded. For smooth admission, we recommend "pre-registration and pre-payment" from this site.
After completing the registration according to the instructions, the "Admission Badge Exchange Ticket" will be displayed on My Page. Please print it out and bring it to the reception at the venue. Redeem your admission badge on the spot. The admission badge is valid for 3 days during the exhibition.

3. How can I pay the entrance fee?
If you pay at the reception on the day of the event, only cash will be accepted.

4. I don't have an email address. Can I pre-register?
An email address is required for pre-registration.

5. I am planning to visit with multiple people. Can I pre-register all at once?
We kindly ask you to register each person individually.

Registration is possible on the day of the event, but it is expected to be very crowded. We recommend pre-registration from this site for smooth entry.

8. I don't have a business card, what should I do?
Please show your ID (license, health insurance card, student ID). If the registered information and the ID do not match, you will not be able to enter.
Please be sure to present your own ID.

9. Can I check if my registration for admission is complete?
You can check your registration status on My Page. Your login ID and password are included in the "Registration Completion Email".

10. I can't find the registration completion email.
